Nivatier builds NivaPulse for gyms that hold sensitive health information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the controls you have over it.
Information we collect
Account details for gym owners, managers and trainers; client profiles including contact details, training history and any medical information your team chooses to record; and technical data such as device type and session logs.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver the platform: generating workout and nutrition plans, sending reminders, producing progress reports and providing support. We never sell personal data or use client health information for advertising.
AI processing
When you request an AI-generated meal or supplement plan, the relevant profile fields are sent to our AI provider for that single request. Outputs are returned to your gym only and are not used to train third-party models.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-scoped, so trainers only see their assigned or gym-pool clients, and every view or change to a medical record is written to an audit trail.
Retention
We keep account and client data for as long as your gym holds an active subscription, and for 30 days after cancellation so you can export or restore it. After that it is permanently deleted.
Your rights
Gyms and their clients can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data at any time by contacting hello@nivatier.com. We respond within 30 days.
