These terms govern your gym's use of NivaPulse. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel from billing settings at any time. Your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period, after which it becomes read-only for 30 days before deletion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, share trainer credentials, attempt to access another organisation's data, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Health disclaimer

NivaPulse is a coaching tool, not a medical device. AI-generated plans are suggestions for a qualified trainer to review. Your gym remains responsible for the safety and suitability of every plan assigned to a client.

Your data

Your gym owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export it at any time.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance, which is announced in advance. Client mobile apps continue to work offline during any outage.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
